Laziness basically. The boys are the same and would happily sleep in! We just about scrape ourselves to school everyday leaving a trial of destruction behind us. I'd like to rectify this, but - help!- I'm just too lazy and tired! I do go to bed reasonably early (about 10.30 read for a bit, lights out at 11.30) but still feel exhausted every morning. I think it must all be about a state of mind - clearly, I need to adopt one pronto!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00790738318601055068noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2959946802204374193.post-81156637701884428722015-11-25T06:08:21.052+00:002015-11-25T06:08:21.052+00:00I am a morning person too! Come 7pm and my body goes into shut down mode and I feel ready to go to bed at the same time as the kids!

My son is also a morning person and will trudge into our room at 5am to wake me, and as long as I've had a pretty uninterrupted sleep I don't mind that. We will sneak downstairs together and while he has breakfast I will have my coffee and do a little blog reading and commenting - like I am now! I really need to work on the whole working out how much sleep you need and actually going to sleep at that time. I often go to bed then but get caught up in stuff *cough* Twitter, before actually going to sleep.Moderate Mumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08494395272179422779noreply@blogger.com
